1. We identify suitable host venues
A LocalLoop host is not simply somewhere willing to give us a wall. We consider the proposed screen position, how the space is used, whether installation is practical and whether the venue fits the network commercially.
Selected host venues currently receive £250/month fixed for accommodating one LocalLoop screen.
2. We assess the proposed installation
Before installation progresses, LocalLoop assesses the proposed position and relevant requirements. The host provides an agreed indoor position, access to standard power and authority to accommodate the screen.
LocalLoop handles screen supply, installation and configuration, operation, maintenance and technical support. Required insurance will be in place before physical installation.
3. We manage advertising inventory
LocalLoop controls the available inventory. Our current base operating assumption is ten advertiser slots per screen. That assumption will be evaluated as the live network develops.
4. Advertisers reserve a placement
LocalLoop's standard advertiser price is £89/month on a rolling monthly basis. A placement can be reserved for £50, credited against the first month when the campaign activates.
5. Suitable inventory is confirmed
Paying the £50 reservation does not start recurring monthly billing and does not guarantee a specific named venue unless LocalLoop explicitly confirms one. If suitable inventory cannot be provided, the £50 reservation can be refunded.
6. Creative is prepared and reviewed
Advertisers provide suitable creative or work through the LocalLoop creative process. The final advert must work for the screen format and is reviewed before activation.
7. The campaign goes live
Once the placement and creative are ready, the campaign is activated. The remaining £39 of the first month is collected and £89 monthly billing begins from go-live.
8. We monitor the network
LocalLoop manages screen operation, content delivery and technical support. As the live estate develops, measurement and reporting will be based on evidence the network can genuinely collect.
